More than 20 years of experience in the service world, as hotel manager, Quality manager, active customer service and management of work teams, I have learned to manage the necessary tasks to meet the expectations of tourists.
As a user I have reserved tourist accommodation managed by their owners or by a real estate agency. In my case, I could say that individuals managed their accommodation better than the real estate agencies with which I have had contact. I have noticed that most of the companies that manage this type of accommodation do a very superficial job because they are not specialized in these tasks, so lack of advice, involvement and professionalism. For these reasons I have decided to create Host&Joy and change the concept of tourist accommodation management with the intention of transforming the feeling of private apartments and houses into unique charming hotels.
